In-person consultations allow for up to two hours of design review in your home or commercial project space. You’ll be able to walk your space together, get the hard design questions answered, and receive expert guidance on anything from floor plan layout to stores and brands to consider. There is no set structure for how you utilize your time; consultations are meant to be collaborative and tailored to your needs and tastes. If you partner with Emily for a full interior design, your in-person consultation investment will go toward your design down payment.

Preparation can be as minimal or thorough as a client feels is necessary to accomplish their goals from the consultation. Generally, we suggest putting together a simple document or presentation that includes photos of the spaces you need help with and any questions you'd like answered. Some people also include inspiration images, furniture/decor being considered, or floor plans/drawings, etc.

We offer both Full Service Interior Design and In-Person Design Consultations, each with its own pricing structure. We strive to ensure that our pricing remains competitive and reflective of the value and expertise we bring to each project. Our In-Person Design Consultation is available at a flat rate of $400 for up to two hours of consult. For Full-Service Interior Design we charge an hourly rate that varies based on the project’s complexity and scope. In general, Design Services typically account for approximately 10% of your overall budget. Once we receive your project details, we will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your project’s needs.

We move with the pace of the project. Full-service residential or hospitality design projects can take anywhere from two to four years to complete, depending upon the level of detail, the size of the space, and the builder’s timeline.
